Our contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, selected goal, message, and separate choices about inquiry-related and marketing texts. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, payment information, or other sensitive documents through this form.

We retain the submission time, source page, consent-language version, exact disclosures, and each checkbox choice with your inquiry. The website also records limited browser information and a daily hash derived from the connection’s IP address for abuse prevention. Our hosting providers may maintain technical access and security logs.

How we use information

We use your information to understand and respond to your request, coordinate real estate services you request, keep records of your communication choices, and protect the website. An email response to your inquiry is separate from permission to send text messages. Marketing texts require the separate marketing choice.

SMS information is protected

We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing categories and are not shared with third parties for their own use. Service providers and referrals

Website hosting and storage providers process submitted information on our behalf. When connected, our GoHighLevel contact-management system receives inquiries through a private server connection. We do not publish your inquiries. We may share information with our brokerage as needed to handle your request or meet legal obligations. We will discuss a requested referral before sharing your contact details with another agent; your SMS consent does not transfer to that agent.

Text choices and opt-out

Both SMS checkboxes are optional and initially unchecked. Providing a phone number, asking about a property, or receiving a referral does not by itself authorize marketing texts. We do not add advertising pixels or marketing cookies to this site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, whose servers receive the information ordinarily sent with a web request.
